I can only drool and sigh coz I can’t enjoy those promotions they have, I’m living outside Philippines that’s why. They have that P1 fare promo for flights within the country like every two months and promo flights to other countries from Philippines almost every month.

I wouldn’t be fooled. When you ring about these flights they have always ‘gone’. That is, at any case, my experience.
Also a local journalist here in Cebu complained that he, by exception, had got hold of a cheap ticket (though not a 1 peso one) that was, however, cancelled when they managed to fully book the plane on ordinary fares.
Also the service of that airline is atrocious. Try to ring them, for instance. They don’t react to written complaints.
